This London-based six-piece London-based, consisting of Clams Baker Jr, Benjamin Romans Hopcraft, Adam J Harmer, Marley Mackey, Quinn Whalley and Bleu Ottis Wright, has always thrived on chaos and experimentation. Too Cold To Hold marks a bold evolution in their sound. While many bands fall into formulaic approaches or buckle under the weight of expectations, Warmduscher has taken the opposite route, embracing new influences and a spirit of adventure that has resulted in their most ambitious album yet. With this album they push these tendencies even further, incorporating an eclectic mix of genres, including the polyrhythmic grooves of gqom (a South African style of house music), hip-hop, jazz, punk-funk, and disco. The result is a sound that is both fresh and unmistakably Warmduscher.
