After the memorable 2015 concert, which marked Vodafone Paredes de Coura's history forever, Nick, Rachel, Neil, Simon and Christian have picked up guitars, basses and those dreamy sounds again. After two decades away from the recording studios, the band returns to the road and, this time, with a new album.
Slowdive were born at the center of the explosion of the alternative rock movement shoegaze in 1989 in the city of Reading, England. The band entered the UK top with the first self-titled single and after 22 years of "Pygmalion", the debut album, they arrive with a new record: "Slowdive" (2017), a work that comes as a natural result of what keeps the band together since 2014.
Hymns such as "When the Sun Hits," "Golden Hair," "Alison," or the latest "Star Roving," and "Sugar for the Pill," that soon received critical praise from critics, to see live at Taboão’s river beach.
