Joey Valence & Brae's journey has been explosive: they went from university students to sensations with their viral hit “Double Jump” (2021). The duo's sound is reminiscent of the Beastie Boys and the energy of Eminem, mixing humor and cultural references. In 2022, they released the EP “The Underground Sound” in which they showed us an old school aesthetic with modern touches. In 2023, PUNK TACTICS brought us intense songs like “GUMDROP” and “STARTAFIGHT”, and some more complex songs like “DROP!!!” and “HOOLIGANG”. 

In early 2024, they released their second album, NO HANDS, which takes all the propulsive energy of their critically acclaimed debut and amplifies it, while diversifying their sound, style and genre-blending musical approach. The album showcases the duo's range of influences, both musically and lyrically, and features guest appearances from Danny Brown, Terror Reid, Z-Trip and Ayesha Erotica. The duo stand out for their vibrant energy, inventive approach to production and ability to engage audiences, staying true to their roots while exploring new musical directions.
