Inspired by the name of the short film by Peter Greenaway, Dear Telephone formed in 2010 to express the desire to decant soap operas and pocket melodramas in small compositions. After a first record received with enthusiasm, and of a long duration that took them across borders, they dedicated 2016 to the composition of "Cut", edited in 2017. Graciela Coelho, André Simão, Ricardo Cibrão and Pedro Oliveira continue to explore the subtleties of the song format in a sonority that is ever more expansive and direct.
