Conferência Inferno are a trio from Porto made up of Raul Mendiratta, Francisco Lima and José Miguel Silva. After releasing their debut album Ata Saturna in 2021, the band released their second full-length, Pós-Esmeralda, in 2023. With the surging energy of punk and the pulsating rhythmic epilepsy of new wave, the group from Porto creates dark songs inspired by post-punk. The album is the result of a macabre ritual of this Western new age pandemonium, full of irony, regret, ecstasy and contortions. Pós-Esmeralda invites listeners to dance before the end of the world.
